# Fixing [INS-30131] When Installing Oracle 12c

### Test (installation) environment

**windows 10 + Oracle Database 12c**

#### `error [INS-30131]`

#### **Solution**

Open cmd and enter

```bash
路徑(依位置更改)/setup.exe -ignorePrereq -J"-D oracle.install.db.validate.supportedOSCheck=false"
```

and you can get into the installer without the error popping up, since it skips the old-version OS check.
